• After you select your puppy, the delivery fee will be determined based on your location.

Reliable Ground Transport:

• We use only the most trusted ground transportation services to ensure the safety and comfort of your puppy.
• Note: We do not use air travel for puppy transportation.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Delivery typically occurs within 24 to 72 hours after adoption is confirmed, depending on your location.

Preparing your puppy for the Journey

Familiarization with the Crate:

• Before shipping, we spend time playing with the puppies in their shipping crates so they feel comfortable and confident. Puppies have never shown fear of the crate after this familiarization process.
• Each crate is stocked with plenty of food and water to ensure the puppy stays hydrated and nourished throughout the trip.
• The water is specially designed to provide all the moisture your puppy needs during the trip.

Travel Objectives

Minimizing Travel Time:

• We prioritize finding the shortest and most direct routes to reduce travel duration.

Weather Safety:

• We thoroughly check weather conditions at the destination before shipping.
• Shipping is postponed if we believe the weather poses any risk to the puppy’s safety. Your puppy’s health and well-being are our top priority.

Health Guarantee:

• We guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. Shipping is only conducted under conditions we deem 100% safe.

Arrival and Adjustment

1. Most puppies adjust quickly upon arrival, stepping out of the crate and feeling at home almost immediately. However, some may take a day or two to settle in, which is entirely normal.
2. For added safety, we recommend writing your phone number directly on the crate with a permanent marker to ensure contact details are not separated from the carrier.

Rare Situations

• In the highly unlikely event of a puppy arriving sick (within 24 hours of delivery), we require:

1. Pictures of the puppy taken immediately upon discovery.
2. Return of the electronic tag attached to the puppy for verification.
3. Once confirmed, we will fully reimburse the payment.
4. Thankfully, such occurrences are extremely rare, as Boston Terrier puppies are resilient and adapt well to ground travel.

Post-Delivery Follow-Up

A follow-up call is made 24 hours after delivery to:

• Check on the puppy’s well-being.
• Address any questions you may have.
• Ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new furry family member.
